Paste the packing list and press Calculate. Cargo Marshal works out how many containers or trucks you need, and exactly where every item goes. Built for forwarders and 3PLs.
Your team pastes packing lists from Excel. Your systems call the public API. Both end up with the same load plan.

03How it works
Four steps.One obvious path.
No training course. The first load plan takes under ten minutes, most of which is finding the packing list.
01
Paste the packing list.
Copy the table from Excel or import the .xlsx. Headers are recognised in English and German, and units like cm, kg or inches are read straight from the header.
You check the mapping before anything is imported
Decimal commas and points both work

05Savings
What does one fewerUnit save you?
Enter your own shipments and costs. If one avoided container costs more than a year of Team, the plan pays for itself the first time it happens.
An estimate from your own numbers, not a measured result. The share of shipments is your assumption. The fastest way to know is to calculate last month's shipments during the trial.
Check it on last month's shipments. 14-day Team trial, no credit card.
Our packing lists live in Excel. Do we retype them?
No. Paste the table or import the .xlsx. Cargo Marshal maps the columns, recognises English and German headers, and reads units from them: mm, cm, m, inches or feet, and kg, t or lb for weight. You check the mapping before anything is imported.
Can we see it before signing up?
Yes. Open the sample load plan to see the 3D view and the checklist the warehouse gets. No account needed.
Do we need a credit card for the trial?
No. The 14-day Team trial starts when you create your organisation, one trial per person. No card, and nothing is charged automatically.
What happens after the 14 days?
Nothing is charged. Your workspace turns read-only: you can still open and export every project and load plan, but not edit or calculate until you choose a plan.
Which plan do we need?
Pro: 1 planner seat. Team: 5 planner seats, adds interactive 3D, share link, organization logo on the loading report. Enterprise: 15 planner seats, adds API, SSO, invoice or purchase order, DPA.
Does the warehouse need an account?
No. A share link opens the checklist and the loading report in any browser. Visitors can view but not change anything. Set an expiry and revoke the link whenever you like.
Is there anything to install?
Nothing. It runs in the browser, and calculations run on our servers. It's built so a typical shipment of up to about 1,000 items solves in seconds.
What if our trailers aren't standard?
Add your own equipment types: inner length, width and height, door and side openings, payload and empty weight. They work everywhere the built-in ones do.
What happens when cargo doesn't fit?
It's listed under “Cargo not loaded” with the reason, such as too large, too heavy, too big for every loading opening, blocked by a loading rule, no volume left, or no equipment left. Nothing is dropped without you seeing it.
Does it replace our TMS?
No, and it doesn't try to. Cargo Marshal plans loads and does that one thing well. It isn't a TMS, WMS or ERP.
