No. Viewers are free on every plan. They can open projects and load plans but not change them, and they do not use a planner seat.
A planner seat is any member who can edit: the owner, admins and planners, plus pending invitations for those roles. Each plan allows a fixed number of planner seats, shown on its card above. Warehouse staff who open a share link need no account and no seat.
Pro and Team can be billed either way. Yearly billing costs less per month, and the toggle above shows the saving. Enterprise is billed yearly. Prices are in USD.
